Pilsner​
Stosh’s flagship beer, Polonia Pilsner, is an easy-drinking yet full-bodied traditional European-style beer. Perfectly paired with a plate of pierogi or enjoyed on its own after a vigorous afternoon of lawn mowing, Stosh’s Polonia Pilsner is a delightful go-to beverage.
Kotwiza​
Cream Ale
Named for the symbol of the Polish Resistance against Nazi oppression, Kotwiza embodies the spirit of independence—just as the Cream Ale style does. Uniquely brewed with both ale and lager yeasts, Kotwiza Cream Ale is soft yet sturdy, with a slightly sweet, flavorful corn profile.
Wojtek
Imperial Porter
Wojtek (VOY-tek) was a brown bear adopted by Polish soldiers in 1942 who famously fought alongside them—and even shared their beer.
Wojtek Imperial Porter pays tribute to this legend with a dark, rich, and complex character that’s true to the style of this soothing elixir.

Festive Ale
Stosh’s special holiday release named the traditional Christmas Eve celebration. This malt-forward, lightly spiced ale pours a rich amber and boasts a complex flavor profile of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and clove, accented by a hint of orange peel. It’s a festive, warming pour.
Dyngus
Bock
Released each spring to celebrate Dyngus Day on Easter Monday, Dyngus Bock is smooth, malty, and toasty, with notes of roasted nuts, caramel, and dark fruit. Slightly sweet with low hop bitterness, this amber-colored beer is full-bodied yet finishes clean and refreshing.
